This page sets out the privacy statement on which we, Alpha Creative Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN: 48 195 238 984) and PT. Kreatifitas Sinergisme Teknoindo (NPWP: 81.624.885.0-013.000) ("we", "us", "our"), provide our services through our website or via our mobile app called Pujasera. Please read this statement carefully before using our application, as your use and purchase of any products offered on the application is subject to this statement. By using and ordering via the mobile app (whether now or in the future) or continuing to use app, you agree to be bound by this statement.

Overview

We recognise the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected about our customers. For the purposes of this Privacy Statement, the word "customers" in this statement, include visitors to our app and users of our services.

We are bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act in relation to the handling of personal information. Where appropriate we will handle personal information relying on the media exemption (but complying with the Australian Press Council Privacy Standards), related bodies corporate exemption and the employee exemption in the Privacy Act.

Data Collection & Uses

We collect personal information when we provide our services to you. Generally, we will tell you why we are collecting information when we collect it and how we plan to use it or these things will be obvious when we collect the information. We usually collect personal information directly from you although sometimes we may use agents or service providers to do this for us. We may also acquire lists from other sources, both from other companies and from other public documents. We will only store information that is of direct commercial interest to the company. This information is collected for the purposes of providing the services purchased by the customer. We will always use fair and lawful ways to collect personal information. Reasonable steps will be taken to ensure personal information is relevant, accurate and current.

The data we collect:

1. Data provided by users, such as during account creation. This includes:

• User profile. This may include their name, email, phone number, login name and password, address, profile picture, payment or banking information (including related payment verification information) and government identification documents.
• Demographic data. We collect demographic data about users, including user surveys.
• User content. We collect the information users submit when they contact our customer support, provide ratings or compliments for other users or restaurant partners, or otherwise contact us. This may include feedback, photographs or other recordings collected by users.

2. Data created during use of our services, such as location app usage and device data. This includes:

• Location data. We collect precise and approximate location data from a user's mobile device if enabled by the user to do so. We collect this data when Pujasera app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen) on the user's mobile device. If a user has not enabled location data collection, the user will have to manually enter the user's address.
• Transaction information. We collect transaction information related to the use Pujasera app, including order details, date and time the service was provided, amount charged and payment method. We may use user's promotional code and if someone uses your promotion code, we may associate your name with that person.
• Usage data. We collect data on how users interact with our services. This includes access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, app crashes and other system activity and third-party sites or services used before interacting with our services.
• Device data. We may collect data about the devices used to access our services, such as the hardware models, device IP address, Operating Systems and versions, software, preferred languages, unique device identifiers, serial numbers, device motion data and mobile network data.

3. Data from other sources, such as our partners and third parties. This includes:

• User feedback such as ratings, feedback or compliments.
• Our business partners through which users create or access their account, such as payment providers, social media services or apps or websites that use Pujasera's APIs.
• Partner transportation companies (for delivery partners who use our services through an account associated with such a company).
• Publicly available sources.
• Marketing service providers.

Passing of information to third parties

We will not pass any information of a sensitive, confidential or personal nature to a third party unless that the user consents to us doing so. We may however share user's personal data if we believe it is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process or government request, or where the disclosure is otherwise appropriate due to safety or similar concerns.

Security

We will take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Access to personal information is restricted to authorised Alpha Creative Solutions Pty Ltd and PT. Kreatifitas Sinergisme Teknoindo personnel only.

Access and Control

We enable users to access and control the data that we collect, including through:

• In-app settings.
• Device permission, such as Android device permission and IOS device permission.
• In-app ratings pages.
• Marketing opt-outs.

We also enable users to request access to or copies of their data, changes or updates to their accounts, deletion of their accounts.

Cookies

Cookies are data that a Web site transfers to an individual's hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Cookies can facilitate a user's ongoing access to and use of a site. They allow us to track usage patterns and to compile data that can help us improve our content and target advertising. But you should note that Cookies may be necessary to provide you with features such as merchandise transactions or registered services.

We may establish relationships with business partners that allow visitors to our Internet sites to link directly to sites operated by these partners. We are not responsible for the content or practices of web sites operated by third parties that are linked to our site or app. Links to third party sites do not constitute sponsorship, endorsement or approval by us of the content, policies or practices of those third-party sites.
