Customer Service

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for handling pre-sales and after-sales customer inquiries. You will ensure timely responses, high service quality, and excellent customer satisfaction in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.

Job Description:

  • Handle customer inquiries.
  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales customer support professionally and accurately.
  • Ensure response time and service quality meet SLA and KPI standards.
  • Document and update customer interactions clearly and accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and courteous communication.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with service targets, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule aligned with European time zones.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Quick to adapt to new systems and applications in a dynamic working environment.
  • Experience in Customer Service or related roles is a plus.
