Job Description:
– Install and configure hardware and software
– Perform diagnostics for resolution of operating systems, software, and applications
– Troubleshoot and maintenance of hardware
– Conduct network and CCTV installation
– Produce good reports or excellent documents

Qualifications:
– Have min 2 years experience as IT Support
– Domicile in Jakarta and illing to be mobile in Jabodetabek area
– Capable of preparing clear and structured reports
– Knowledgeable in networking and surveillance equipment such as routers, switches, CCTV, NVR/DVR
– Experienced or familiar with the installation of network infrastructure and CCTV systems
– Strong communication and coordination skills
– Proactive with excellent problem-solving capabilities
– Capable of preparing clear and structured reports
