Overview:
As SPV Network Engineer, you will oversees and ensures the effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT network systems. In this elevated role, the Supervisor provides strategic guidance, manages team performance, and collaborates with higher-level engineers and stakeholders to maintain operational excellence. You will work on-site.

Job Description:

  1. Lead a team of Network Engineer (L1) to ensure round-the-clock on-site support (24/7/365) for IT network and system continuity
  2. Supervise the maintenance and the monitoring of the operational IT network (wired & wireless networks)
  3. Supervise the maintenance and the monitoring of the Enterprise Mobile Computers, specifically Android-based Vehicle Mount Terminals (VMTs)
  4. Develop proactive strategies for identifying and addressing potential network and system performance issues
  5. Review and approve incident logs and documentation for accuracy and completeness
  6. Ensure prompt response to on-site incidents by the team to minimize downtime and disruptions
  7. Compile reports related to tower conditions in the field

Qualifications:

  1. Minimal D3/S1 Mechanical Engineer, Network Engineer, Telecommunication Engineer, Computer Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or any similar degree
  2. Minimum 3 years experiences in the same role
  3. Able to communicate in English
  4. Have the ability to master the Computer Operating System (Windows) and computer networks
  5. Good troubleshooting/analysis/problem identification skills
  6. Don’t afraid of heights
