Overview
The Sales Engineer is responsible for selling technical products or services by leveraging their expertise in both sales and engineering. They work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored technical solutions, and drive sales growth. The role requires a combination of strong communication, problem-solving, and technical knowledge to successfully address customer requirements and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements and providing tailored solutions.
2. Present and demonstrate products, highlighting their technical capabilities to meet client needs.
3. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
4. Act as a liaison between customers and the technical team to ensure smooth project implementation.
5. Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and support.
6. Provide technical advice and product demonstrations to help clients understand our solutions.

8. Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise explanations for non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Engineer role, or a technical sales role involving solution selling and customer interaction.
3. Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the products and services offered, including proficiency in troubleshooting and explaining technical details to custome
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts
5. Ability to identify and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in a technical field such as networking, software, hardware, or industrial products.
2. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
